Kevin Zhao arrived in Canada in 2009 as an international student from China. Within just one week of arriving in St. John’s, Newfoundland, he fell in love with the city’s charm and warmth, deciding to build his future in this beautiful land.

In 2011, Kevin graduated with a business degree and embarked on a career spanning various roles in retail, customer service, marketing, business development, financial advising, and banking management. Alongside his professional journey, Kevin pursued advanced qualifications, earning his CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) and CFP (Certified Financial Planner) in 2019, followed by completing CFA Level 1 in 2020.

Combining his customer service expertise, financial management knowledge, and entrepreneurial spirit, Kevin began investing in real estate in 2016. What started as one property quickly grew into a portfolio of 10 properties by 2019. Recognizing the need for efficient property management and maintenance as his portfolio expanded, Kevin registered his own property management business and hired his first employee—all while maintaining a full-time position at the bank.

In 2021, Kevin made the bold decision to leave his banking career and dedicate himself fully to his growing business. Since then, his property management company has seen remarkable growth, becoming a key player in the Newfoundland real estate market.

Kevin’s vision is to build a comprehensive property service business in Newfoundland, combining a professional service mindset with advanced management technology. He strives to make complicated processes simple and easy for clients.
